Namsaste Living is a small business in Plettenberg Bay. Started by a mother and daughter team who are passionate about assisting people heal their bodies through gut health. We are based in the garden route, but so many have asked that we are now delivering country wide! We believe in being kind to nature, therefore all our bottles are upcycled and we are aware of our carbon footprint in everything that we do.
